At pallas karting, we welcome drivers of all standards and offer two separate tracks depending on age and experience. Our 1500m advanced gp f1 track is a sweeping, exhilarating layout that tests all aspects of a drivers ability and bravery, while our 500m beginners track allows children, families and novice drivers develop their skills as they build their speed and experience to graduate to our 1500m advanced gp f1 track.

Participants must be over 4’6″ (8 year s old or over) to use cadet karts karting is strictly a non contact sport. No bumping allowed any damage, accidental or otherwise ends the practice session. No refunds any contact, tyres or karts which occurs within the first 2 laps ends the session with no refund misuse of karts or track ends the session. Careless or dangerous driving ends the session. Obey marshals and flags at all times stay in your kart at all times and keep your hands on the wheel. Do not attempt to move your kart by pushing with legs or hands in the event of a half spin (180 degrees) do not drive against the traffic.

Karting classes and age groups 5-7 year olds kid karts: usually powered by a small 50cc 2-stroke or 4-cycle engine. The most popular engines are the comer c50/c51 2-stroke engine and the honda gxh50 4-cycle engine. Most local tracks treat this as an exhibition class to allow the child to learn driving techniques. 7-13 years old cadet karts: classes range from briggs 4-cycle, and many 2-stroke options like: rotax micro/mini max, iame micro/mini swift, micro/mini rok. It is best to check with your local organization to see what is offered in your area. 12-15 years old junior: junior classes are faster than cadet karts.

Throughout covid, karttrak cromer has followed very strict covid procedures as advised to us by the national karting association and the government. Due to the fact covid cases are still high in all ages and we want to do our very best to protect our customers, staff and families, we will be maintaining our high standards of hygiene and procedures for your peace of mind. The most important of these procedures are: all karting must be prebooked in advance via telephone everyone must wear a face mask/covering while in the building if you feel unwell or have cold/flu like symptoms (we have staff at risk).
